摘要
目的对护理责任制分层管理模式影响护士心理状态的情况进行研究。方法选择2020年11月—2021年11月在山东国欣颐养集团莱芜中心医院内科任职的68名护士为研究对象,依照随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组34名。对照组行常规管理,研究组行护理责任制分层管理,对比两组护士心理状态、考核成绩、护理质量。结果管理后,研究组护士心理状态、考核成绩和护理质量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理责任制分层管理模式可有效改善护士心理状态,提高护理质量和考核成绩,树立较好的工作意识,值得推广应用。
Objective To conduct a study on the influence of the nursing responsibility system tiered management model on nurses'psychological state.Methods The 68 nurses who worked in the Department of Internal Medicine of Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Guoxin Family Care Group from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to the method of random number table,with 34 nurses in each group.The control group was subject to routine management,while the study group was subject to hierarchical management of nursing responsibility system.The psychological status,assessment results and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results The psychological status,examination results and nursing quality of nurses in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical management mode of nursing responsibility system can effectively improve the psychological status of nurses,improve nursing quality and examination results,and establish a better working consciousness,which is worth popularizing and applying.
