产业数字化与绿色技术创新耦合协调测度与分析 被引量:36

Measurement and Analysis of the Coupling Coordination between Industrial Digitalization and Green Technology Innovation

摘要 基于2012—2021年我国30个省份面板数据,构建评价指标体系测度产业数字化与绿色技术创新发展水平,利用耦合协调度模型测度二者耦合协调发展水平,借助探索性空间分析法探究二者耦合协调发展的空间效应。研究发现,从产业数字化和绿色技术创新发展水平看,研究期内二者的发展水平均呈逐年上升态势,但产业数字化发展水平的上升态势明显更强。从产业数字化与绿色技术创新耦合协调发展水平看,整体呈逐年提升态势,具体表现是省份层面呈现出各省份由低度耦合阶段向高度耦合阶段发展的趋势,区域层面呈现出华东>华北>华南>华中>东北>西南>西北的分布态势。从产业数字化子维度与绿色技术创新耦合协调发展水平、产业数字化与绿色技术创新子维度耦合协调发展水平看,在省份层面,两者发展趋势一致,呈现出各省份由低度耦合阶段向高度耦合阶段发展的趋势;在地区层面,两者均呈现出较大的区域差异,但前者的区域差异呈逐渐缩小态势,后者的区域差异在各阶段变化较小。从产业数字化与绿色技术创新耦合协调发展的空间效应看,整体而言,空间溢出效应明显,空间集聚程度不断提高。但分地区看,空间溢出效应差异明显,在华北、西南、西北地区,二者耦合协调发展水平较高的城市呈散点分布状态,空间溢出效应不明显;在东北、华中地区,二者耦合协调发展水平较高的城市因距离较近而呈集聚分布状态,但空间溢出效应不明显;在华东、华南地区,二者耦合协调发展水平较高的城市呈集聚分布状态,空间溢出效应明显。 Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2021,the evaluation index system is constructed to measure the development level of industrial digitalization and green technology innovation,the coupling coordination degree model is used to measure the coupling and coordinated development level of the two,and the exploratory spatial analysis method is used to explore the spatial effect of the coupling and coordinated development of the two.It is found that,from the perspective of the development level of industrial digitalization and green technology innovation,the development level of both of them increase year by year during the study period,but the development level of industrial digitalization is significantly stronger.From the perspective of the coordinated development level of the coupling of industrial digitalization and green technology innovation,the overall trend increases year by year,which is reflected in the development trend of provinces at the provincial level from the low coupling stage to the high coupling stage,and the regional level shows the distribution trend of East China>North China>South China>Central China>Northeast>Southwest>Northwest.From the perspective of the coordinated development level of the coupling between the sub-dimension of industrial digitalization and green technology innovation,and the coupling and coordinated development level of industrial digitalization and the sub-dimension of green technology innovation,at the provincial level,the development trend of the two is consistent,showing the trend of the development of each province from the low coupling stage to the high coupling stage;and at the regional level,both of them present large regional differences,but the regional differences of the former are gradually shrinking,while the regional differences of the latter are relatively small at each stage.From the perspective of the spatial effect of the coupling and coordinated development of industrial digitalization and green technology innovation,on the whole,the spatial spillover effect is obvious,and the degree of spatial agglomeration continues to increase.However,from the perspective of different regions,the spatial spillover effect is obviously different:in North China,Southwest and Northwest China,cities are scattered,and the spatial spillover effect is not obvious;in Northeast and Central China,cities are clustered due to their close distance,but the spatial spillover effect is not obvious;and in the east and south China,cities are clustered and distributed,and the spatial spillover effect is obvious.
