摘要
某地铁车站基坑开挖下部岩层为硬质花岗岩,为加快施工进度、保证开挖顺利,决定采取爆破开挖技术。首先介绍了地铁车站工程相关信息,并从基坑爆破方法的选择、爆破参数的设计、开挖作业方法等方面,概述了深基坑爆破开挖方案的主要内容。最后在深基坑作业区域内布置了多个监测点,进行建(构)筑物变形监测。监测结果表明,沉降变化呈现出先快后慢的趋势,整个监测期内累积沉降量为7.18 mm,小于极限值10 mm,本次地铁车站深基坑爆破开挖未对周边建(构)筑物造成明显破坏。
In order to speed up the construction progress and ensure the smooth excavation, blasting excavation technology is decided to be adopted in the lower rock of foundation pit excavation of a subway station.This paper first introduces the relevant information of the subway station project, and summarizes the main contents of the blasting excavation scheme of deep foundation pit from the aspects of the selection of excavation method, the design of blasting parameters and the excavation operation method. Finally, a number of monitoring points are arranged in the working area of the deep foundation pit to monitor the deformation of the building(structure). The monitoring results show that the settlement changes rapidly at first and then slowly.During the whole monitoring period, the cumulative settlement is 7.18 mm, which is less than the limit of 10mm. The blasting excavation of the deep foundation pit of the subway station has not caused obvious damage to the surrounding structures.
