基于FCM的电网调频辅助储能系统

摘要 针对传统电网频率的调节过程主要由发电机组进行,存在响应慢、转换效率低等不足的情况,提出了一种基于模糊C均值(fuzzy C-means,FCM)的电网调频辅助储能系统。首先由电网频偏情况得到调节所需功率,根据下垂控制方法及误差修正策略,实现频率偏移的用户侧负荷响应。然后根据电池荷电状态和设备额定功率,借助FCM算法进行设备聚类划分,通过调节工作模式及充放电功率,迭代优化功率分配,辅助电网调频。仿真结果表明,电网频率峰值偏移和方差均得到有效改善,该系统能够实现高效的双向电网频率调节,提高电网电能质量,为后续大数目、多类型储能设备协同调频提供了理论支撑。 Traditional grid frequency adjustment process,which had slow response and low conversion efficiency,was mainly carried out by generator unit.So a grid frequency adjustment auxiliary energy storage system based on fuzzy C-means(FCM)is proposed.Firstly,the power requirement of the adjustment process is obtained through the grid frequency offset.It realized the user-side load response of the frequency offset with the droop control and error correction strategy.According to the battery state of charge and device rated power,the FCM algorithm is used to cluster the devices and iteratively optimize the power distribution by adjusting working mode and charge-discharge power,which assists the grid with frequency adjustment.The simulation results show that the notable improvement on the peak deviation and variance of the grid frequency.The result confirms the contention that the system can realizes efficient two-way grid frequency adjustment and improves the power quality of the grid,which provide a theoretical support for coordination frequency adjustment with large amounts and various types of energy storage equipment.
