摘要
成本控制是鞋类企业管理的关键所在,是决定企业能否实现盈利的重要因素。在市场竞争愈发激烈的今天,鞋类企业在探寻如何降低成本,提升利润空间的路上依然存在不少问题。如企业成本管理理念落后,管理能力不足及管理手段落后等。针对这些问题,本文从3个方面提出了应对策略:一是完善企业成本控制体系;二是提高企业员工成本控制意识;三是改善企业成本管理方法。希望这些建议能够对鞋类企业成本控制的问题给予帮助。
Cost control is the key to the management of footwear enterprises,and is an important factor to determine whether enterprises can achieve profitability.In today’s increasingly fierce market competition,footwear enterprises still have many problems on the way to explore how to reduce costs and improve profit margins.For example,the cost management concept of the enterprise is backward,the management ability is insufficient and the management means are backward.To solve these problems,countermeasures were put forward from three aspects including improving the enterprise cost control system,enhancing the staff’s awareness of cost control and improving enterprise cost management methods.It is hoped that these suggestions can help shoe enterprises in cost control.
