我国站内小型橇装天然气制氢技术现状与发展趋势 被引量:12

Status and development trend of small on-site skid-mounted natural gas hydrogen production technology in China

摘要 在加氢站内进行小型橇装天然气制氢具有占地小、高效环保和节约成本等优点。分析了小型橇装天然气制氢工艺的技术优势,以我国2021年成功建造的首套250 m^(3)/h橇装天然气制氢装置为例,总结了橇装天然气制氢加氢一体站的工艺技术现状,对比了国产橇装天然气制氢装置与国外同类产品的技术参数,并对我国橇装天然气制氢的发展趋势进行了预期。佛山明城综合能源站是我国首座使用橇装天然气制氢的加氢站,也是国内第二座站内天然气制氢的加氢站,使用国产首套橇装天然气制氢有效解决了用氢难和用氢贵的难题,对我国加氢站产业的发展有积极、重要的示范效应。 Small skid-mounted natural gas hydrogen production in the hydrogenation station has the advantages of small land occupation, high efficiency, environmental protection and cost saving. The technological advantages of small skid-mounted natural gas hydrogen production process were analyzed. Taking the first 250 m^(3)/h skid mounted natural gas hydrogen production unit successfully built in 2021 in China as an example, the technological status of skid-mounted natural gas hydrogen production and hydrogenation integrated station was summarized. The technical parameters of domestic skid-mounted natural gas hydrogen production unit and foreign similar products were analyzed and compared, and the development trend of skid-mounted natural gas hydrogen production in China was predicted. Foshan Mingcheng comprehensive energy station is the first hydrogen station using skid-mounted natural gas to produce hydrogen in China, and also the second hydrogenation station using natural gas to produce hydrogen in the station in China. The on-site skid-mounted natural gas to hydrogen generator can effectively solve the problems of difficult and expensive hydrogen supply, which has a positive and important demonstration effect on the development of China’s hydrogen refueling station industry.
