摘要
指挥信息系统是军队战斗力的“倍增器”,对其进行效能评估对军队信息系统建设发展具有重要意义。梳理了近5年指挥信息系统效能评估方向的专业文献,从支撑指挥体系、支撑作战体系、支撑作战过程,以及指挥信息系统的系统功能视角、拓扑结构视角分析了研究进展,同时提出下一步指挥信息系统效能评估研究,将围绕保障指挥链路畅通、洞察战争制胜机理及适应大数据时代特点等方向展开。
Command information system is the“multiplier”of military fighting capacity.The effectiveness evaluation is very important for the construction development of military information system.The relative literature in recent five years about the effectiveness evaluation of command information system is sorted out.The current research progress in the field is analyzed from such aspects as command system support,combat system support,the combat process support and system function of the command information system and topology structure.At the same time,it is suggested that the next research will focus on the following directions such as ensuring the clear command chain,perceiving the winning mechanism of the war and adapting to the characteristics of the age of big data.
