摘要
冶坪煤矿工作面回采过程中巷道出现严重的变形破坏,在传统的巷道支护下,巷道围岩整体的控制难度相对较大,需要对巷道支护方案进行全面优化。充分结合煤矿实际条件,在返修支护时,设计提出了非对称性、高刚度、高强度的巷道返修支护方案,将巷道支护设计为A、B两类支护断面进行相间布置的方式。通过现场试验,对工作面采取返修支护方案后,巷道稳定性得到了有效控制,巷道顶板下沉量、底板鼓起来、两帮收敛量均明显下降,为类似巷道支护提供了一定借鉴作用。
Serious deformation and damage occurred in the roadway during the reworking process of the Yeping coal mine face,and the overall control of the roadway envelope is relatively difficult under the traditional roadway support,which requires a comprehensive optimization of the roadway support scheme.Fully combined with the actual conditions of the coal mine,the design proposed an asymmetric,high stiffness and high strength roadway reworking support scheme,and designed the roadway support as A and B two types of support sections for the interphase arrangement.Through the field test,after the reworking support scheme was adopted for the working face,the stability of the roadway was effectively controlled,and the amount of top plate sinking,bottom plate bulging and two gang convergence of the roadway were significantly reduced,which provided some reference for similar roadway support.
