双馈抽水蓄能机组中双向DC/DC变换器研究 被引量:4

Research on Bidirectional DC/DC Converter in Double-fed Pumped Storage Unit

摘要 为解决双馈抽水蓄能电机低电压穿越的问题,加入双向DC/DC与超级电容保护支路,其中双向DC/DC变换器采用两相交错式双向半桥拓扑结构。本文采用软开关技术有效解决变换器中开关损耗高的问题,对变换器在Buck和Boost模式下分别进行软开关技术分析。在MATLAB中搭建DC/DC效率模块、瞬态响应调整模块、工作范围模块和硬件电路模型,采用双电流内环和电压外环的控制方式。仿真结果表明在软开关的作用下,开关管实现了零电压导通和零电压关断,有效降低了开关损耗,提高大功率电力电子设备利用效率,具有一定的实用性和研究价值。 To solve the problem of low voltage ride through doubly-fed pumped storage motors, it adds bidirectional DC/DC and super capacitor protection branch, the bidirectional DC/DC converter adopts a two-phase interleaved bidirectional half-bridge topology. This article uses soft switching technology to effectively solve the problem of high switching loss in the converter, the soft switching technology of the converter is analyzed in Buck and Boost modes respectively. This article builds DC/DC efficiency module, transient response adjustment module, working range module and hardware circuit model in MATLAB, it adopts the control mode of double current inner loop and voltage outer loop. The simulation results show that under the action of soft switching, the switching tube realizes zero voltage turn-on and zero voltage turn-off, which effectively reduces switching losses and improves the utilization efficiency of high-power power electronic equipment. It has certain practicability and research value.
