摘要
新经济时期,即十一届三中全会之后的有计划商品经济时期。它与我国前期的高度集中的产品经济有着极大的区别,因此处于新时期经济中的财政金融的体制、政策之间的配套问题,赋予了新的涵义和内容,必须及时加以再认识,以期把握规律,适应新的经济运行。
