基于LSTM的微波通信发射机失真自动补偿方法 被引量:2

摘要 微波通信发射机输出信号受到周期互补序列干扰容易产生失真,为了提高通信输出稳定性,提出基于LSTM的微波通信发射机失真自动补偿方法。构建微波通信发射机的信号输出模型,采用完备序列和正交序列交叉性补偿的方法,进行微波通信发射机信号滤波检测,提取微波通信发射机信号的谱特征量,通过期望信号的跟踪性补偿方法实现对发射机输出信号失真参数估计,采用LSTM正交调制的方法,实现微波通信发射机信号失真的自动补偿,并分析微波通信发射机信号失真的模态混叠现象和端点效应,实现对微波通信发射机信号失真补偿性能分析和仿真。仿真测试结果表明,采用该方法进行微波通信发射机信号补偿的自适应性较好,接收信号的降噪能力较强,提高了通信的稳定性,降低了误码率。 The output signal of microwave communication transmitter is easily distorted by periodic complementary sequence interference.In order to improve the stability of communication output,an automatic distortion compensation method of microwave communication transmitter based on LSTM is proposed.The signal output model of microwave communication transmitter is constructed.The complete sequence and orthogonal sequence cross compensation method are used to filter and detect the signal of microwave communication transmitter,and the spectral characteristic quantity of the signal of microwave communication transmitter is extracted.The tracking compensation method of expected signal is used to estimate the distortion parameters of the transmitter's output signal,and LSTM orthogonal modulation method is used to realize the automatic compensation of the signal distortion of microwave communication transmitter.The modal aliasing phenomenon and endpoint effect of the signal distortion of microwave communication transmitter are analyzed,and the performance analysis and simulation of the signal distortion compensation of microwave communication transmitter are realized.The simulation results show that this method has good adaptability for signal compensation of microwave communication transmitter,strong noise reduction ability of received signal,improved communication stability and reduced bit error rate.
