摘要
目的探讨舒心护理在肺炎伴类百日咳综合征患儿中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月安徽医科大学第一附属医院儿科住院的86例肺炎伴类百日咳综合征患儿,按入院时间分为干预组44例,对照组42例。两组均给予抗生素及雾化吸入治疗,对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予舒心护理,包括心理护理、胸背部叩击振动排痰等干预措施。比较两组症状消失时间、住院天数及家属焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果干预组的吼鸣、面赤或咳憋消失时间短于对照组,家属SAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒心护理有利于肺炎伴类百日咳综合征患儿康复,可缓解家属焦虑状况。
Objective To investigate the application value of comfortable nursing in children with pneumonia complicated with pertussis-like syndrome.Methods A total of 86 children with pneumonia complicated with pertussis-like syndrome admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected,and they were divided into the intervention group(44 cases)and the control group(42 cases)according to the time of admission.Both groups were given antibiotics and aerosol inhalation treatment,the control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given comfortable nursing,including psychological care and chest and back percussion vibration for sputum evacuation and other interventions.The disappearance time of symptoms,days of hospitalization,and family self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of roaring,face rash or cough holding in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group,the SAS score of the families was lower than that in the control group,and all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Appropriate comfortable nursing is beneficial for the rehabilitation of the children with pneumonia complicated with pertussis-like syndrome and relieves families’anxiety.
