摘要
目的探讨发展性照护模式下的多维护理对新生儿病理性黄疸患儿血清胆红素水平及不良反应的影响。方法选取2021年9月至2022年9月兰陵县人民医院收治的100例新生儿病理性黄疸患儿为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用发展性照护模式下的多维护理。比较两组患儿护理前后血清胆红素水平和不良反应发生率。结果护理前两组患儿血清总胆红素比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后两组患儿血清总胆红素低于护理前,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患儿不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿病理性黄疸患儿应用发展性照护模式下的多维护理可降低患儿血清胆红素水平,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of multi-dimensional nursing under the developmental care mode on the serum bilirubin level and adverse reactions of neonates with pathological jaundice.Methods A total of 100 newborns with pathological jaundice admitted to the Lanling County People’s Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received multi-dimensional nursing under the development care model.The levels of serum bilirubin before and after nursing and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in serum total bilirubin between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the serum total bilirubin level of the two groups was lower than that before nursing,and that in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional nursing under the development care mode can reduce the level of serum bilirubin and the incidence of adverse reactions in neonates with pathological jaundice.
