磷-硅-氮复合阻燃剂提高航空用内饰水基聚氨酯涂层阻燃性研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对飞机内饰对水性聚氨酯涂层高阻燃要求,采用磷改性水性聚氨酯乳液搭配P-Si-N(磷–硅–氮)系复合无卤阻燃剂体系开发了新型高阻燃水性聚氨酯涂层,涂覆在聚碳酸酯板、聚醚酰亚胺及酚醛/玻纤层板3种基材上,与空白板进行燃烧对比实验,测试结果达到了《中国民用航空规章第25部运输类飞机适航标准》[CCAR-25-R4]附录F部分关于内饰阻燃的要求,涂层具有阻燃效率高、无熔融滴落物、无毒及无腐蚀性气体释放、低烟等特点,经验证可完全应用在航空内饰上推广使用。 In order to improve the flame retardancy of waterborne polyurethane coatings for aircraft interior decoration,a new type of waterborne polyurethane coatings with high flame retardancy was developed by using phosphorus-silicon-nitrogen(P-Si-N)halogen-free flame retardant system,three different substrates of polycarbonate,polyetherimide and phenolic/glass fiber laminates were coated,and a combustion contrast test was conducted with blank boards.The test results meet the requirements of Appendix F of Civil Aviation Regulation of China.Part 25.Airworthiness Standards:Transport Category Airplanes[CCAR-25-R4]for flame retardancy of interior decoration.The coatings have the characteristics of high flame retardancy efficiency,no molten droplets,non-toxic and non-corrosive gas emission,low smoke,etc.It has been proved that the coatings can be widely used in aviation interior decoration.
