摘要
目的观察针灸、穴位注射联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗4~8岁智力发育障碍患儿的临床疗效。方法纳入医院康复科选取2021年4月—2022年8月来医院就诊的4~8岁的智力发育障碍儿童100例,采用韦氏幼儿及儿童智力量表(WISC-Ⅳ)作为诊断工具;测试智商70>IQ>40分,能理解及配合治疗;分为治疗组和对照组,每组50名患儿;治疗组采用针灸、穴位注射、重复经颅磁刺激治疗;对照组采用穴位注射、重复经颅磁刺激治疗。治疗6个月后,通过韦氏智测(WISC-Ⅳ),6岁以上主要统计指标包括总智商(FSIQ)、言语理解指数(VCI)、知觉推理指数(PRI)、工作记忆指数(WMI)、加工速度指数(PSI);4~5岁主要统计指标包括总智商、言语理解、知觉组织、流体推理、工作记忆、加工速度。判断治疗前后总智商及各项能力改善情况。结果治疗后两组患儿的总智商及各项能力评分存在显著区别(P<0.01)。结论针灸、穴位注射联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗4~8岁智力发育障碍患儿有显著疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and acupoint injection combined with repeated TMS in children with intellectual disabilities aged 4-8 years old.Methods About 100 children with intellectual disabilities aged 4-8 admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to August 2022 use children’s Children and Children(WISC-)as diagnostic tool;test IQ of 70>IQ>40,can understand and cooperate with treatment;divided into treatment group,50 children in each group;use acupuncture,acupoint injection and repeated TMS;the control group uses acupoint injection and repeated rTMS.After 6 months of treatment,through the Wilson intelligence test(WISC-Ⅳ),the major statistical indicators include total IQ(FSIQ),speech comprehension index(VCI),perceptual reasoning index(PRI),working memory index(WMI),processing speed index(PSI):total IQ aged 4-5,speech comprehension,perceptual organization,fluid reasoning,working memory,and processing speed.Determine the total IQ and various ability improvement before and after treatment.Results The total IQ and the various ability scores were significantly different between the two pediatric groups after the treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and acupoint injection in children aged 4-8 years.
