摘要
目的运用数据挖掘技术分析针刺治疗抑郁障碍的选穴规律。方法检索2012年7月1日—2021年6月30日近十年内中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、PubMed数据库及EMbase数据库收录的针刺治疗抑郁障碍的随机对照试验研究文献,采用Microsoft Excel 2016建立数据库,对高频俞穴、所属经脉、部位、特定穴进行频次、频率等统计,并运用Apriori算法对俞穴进行关联规则分析。针刺治疗抑郁障碍的相关文献,建立针灸处方数据库,运用SPSS 20.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行统计分析,探究俞穴选用规律。结果共纳入114篇文献,涉及120个针灸处方、111个俞穴,俞穴使用总频次814次。百会使用频次最高,常选用经脉为督脉、足太阳膀胱经和足厥阴肝经,常用穴部位多分布在头颈部及四肢,特定穴则多使用交会穴、原穴、合穴,最常用的俞穴组合为合谷、印堂。结论综合分析近十年国内外针刺治疗抑郁障碍选穴规律,证实百会、太冲、内关、印堂、神门为针灸治疗抑郁障碍的主要俞穴,通过俞穴关联规则发现其治则以调神为本,治心、脑为要,通过合理穴位配伍,可共奏疏肝健脾安神解郁之效。
Objective To analyze the law of acupuncture point selection in treatment of depression by using data mining technology.Methods The randomized controlled trial research literature on acupuncture treatment of depressive disorder included in China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),China biomedical literature database(sinomed),Wanfang Data knowledge service platform(Wanfang),VIP,PubMed database and EMBASE database from July 1,2012 to June 30,2021 were searched,Microsoft Excel 2016 is used to establish a database to make statistics on the frequency and total effective rate of high-frequency acupoints,their meridians,parts and specific acupoints,and Apriori algorithm is used to analyze the association rules of acupoints.The relevant literature on acupuncture treatment of depressive disorder,the acupuncture prescription database was established,and the statistical analysis was carried out by using SPSS 20.0 and SPSS modeler 18.0 software to explore the law of acupoint selection.Results A total of 114 literatures were included,involving 120 acupuncture prescriptions and 111 acupoints.The total frequency of acupointuse was 814 times.Baihui is used most frequently.It often selects the Du meridian,foot Taiyang bladder meridian and foot Jueyin liver meridian.The commonly used acupoints are mostly distributed in the head,neck and limbs,while the intersection acupoints,Yuan acupoints and he acupoints are mostly used in specific acupoints.The most commonly used acupoint combinations are Hegu and Yintang.Conclusions By comprehensively analyzing the law of acupoint selection for acupuncture treatment of depression at home and abroad in recent ten years,it is confirmed that Shenmen,Neiguan,Taichong,Sanyinjiao and Zusanli are the main acupoints for acupuncture treatment of depression.They work together with Baihui,Guanyuan,Xinshu,Pishu,Xuehai,Fenglong,Xingjian,Qimen,Taixi and Sishencong to soothe the liver,calm the mind,strengthen the spleen and tonify the kidney.
