摘要
膝关节骨性关节炎是一种发生于膝关节的由多种病因导致的慢性退行性疾病,其临床表现有膝关节肿胀、疼痛、功能障碍,甚至发生膝关节的畸形性变,属于中医学中“膝痹”的范畴。寒湿型是其中最常见的症型之一。整理知网、维普、万方网站中近十年的有关于寒湿型膝骨性关节炎的临床研究的文章,总结出寒湿型膝骨性关节炎的临床进展,以期为临床提供参考。
Knee osteoarthritis is a chronic degenerative disease caused by various causes.Its clinical manifestations include knee swelling,pain,dysfunction,and even deformity of the knee joint,which belongs to the category of"knee bi"in the traditional medicine of the motherland.Cold and wet type is one of the most common certificates.This article sorted out the articles on the clinical research of cold and wet knee osteoarthritis,and summarized the clinical progress of cold and wet knee osteoarthritis,in order to provide clinical reference.
