摘要
综述松龄血脉康胶囊降压研究进展,以期明确其临床最佳应用。方法查阅近年文献,进行归纳总结。结果松龄血脉康胶囊降压效果显著,在联合西药后,发挥了中西医结合的优势,减少了西药不良反应的同时,加强了降压疗效,且适用于带有不同合并症的高血压病。同时,松龄血脉康胶囊对于控制血脂、控制血糖、逆转心肌重构、改善微循环、改善内皮功能等方面亦具有不错的疗效,可以较好的改善高血压病引起的靶器官损害。结论松龄血脉康胶囊控制高血压病及其造成的靶器官损害效果显著。
To review the research progress of Songling Xuemaikang Capsule(松龄血脉康胶囊)lowering blood pressure in order to clarify its best clinical application.Methods The literatures in recent years were reviewed and summarized.Results Songling Xuemaikang Capsule has remarkable antihypertensive effect.After combined with western medicine,it gives full play to the advantages of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,reduces the adverse reactions of western medicine and strengthens the antihypertensive effect,and is suitable for hypertension with different complications.At the same time,Songling Xuemaikang Capsule also has good efficacy in controlling blood lipids,controlling blood glucose,reversing cardiac remodeling,improving microcirculation,improving endothelial function and other aspects,and can better improve the target organ damage caused by hypertension.Conclusion Songling Xuemaikang Capsule is effective in controlling hypertension and target organ damage.
