摘要
转移是恶性肿瘤的一大重要生物学特性,恶性肿瘤的转移往往是肿瘤治疗失败的主要原因。肿瘤细胞增殖和迁移能力涉及一种几乎存在于所有类型的肿瘤细胞而区别于其他正常细胞的代谢重编程。本文总结了各代谢在肿瘤转移中研究进展和代谢治疗在抑制肿瘤转移中面临的问题。
An important biological characteristic of malignant tumors is metastasis,and it is often the primary reason why tumor treatments fail.The capacity of tumor cell proliferation and migration involves metabolic reprogramming that exists in almost all tumor cells and differs from other normal cells.This review summarizes the research progress of various metabolisms in tumor metastasis and the problems faced by metabolic therapy to inhibit metastasis.
