摘要
济南中山公园拥有百年历史,商埠文化、中山文化底蕴深厚,公园的景观风貌及服务功能的改造提升设计是实现文化传承、满足游憩需求的关键途径。文章基于公园的现状特点,通过确定评价目标,构建评价方法模型,建立评价因素集,采用调查问卷法、访谈法和观察法等调研方式,对其进行使用后评价(Post Occupancy Evaluation,POE),基于评价结果从强化轴线引导、优化功能分区和交通组织、提升建筑品质、强化植物景观特点、完善配套设施、突出文化特色等方面提出改造提升的策略和方法,完善公园的服务功能,促进其可持续发展。
Jinan Zhongshan Park,with a century-old history,has a profound cultural heritage of commercial port and Zhongshan.The transformation and improvement of park landscape style and service function is the key to realizing cultural inheritance and meeting the demand of recreation.Based on the current characteristics of the park,the article chooses the evaluation target,constructs the evaluation method model,determines the evaluation factor set,and uses the survey method,interview method,and observation method to conduct a Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE).Based on the evaluation results,the strategies for upgrading the park are proposed from the aspects of strengthening the axis guidance,optimizing the functional zoning and traffic organization,improving the building quality,strengthening the characteristics of plant landscape,improving the supporting facilities,highlighting the cultural characteristics,etc.,so as to improve the service function of the park and promote its sustainable development.
