摘要
因货物列车始发时无可用列尾或所用列尾突发故障而影响列车正点开行,给货物列车运输效率和运行安全带来影响。为确保货物列车按列车运行图规定时刻开行,提高调度班计划兑现率,重点从列尾到发摘挂、检测送修、回送组织、故障诊断、维修保养和系统使用等方面考虑,分析影响列尾调配和管理的主要因素,最终通过采取列尾回送尽量机车携带方式、改进列尾保有量统计方式方法、规范班中作业流程、及时做好列尾故障分析、加强列尾回送组织联系和强化设备远程监测系统使用等方法,来解决列尾现场作业及管理过程中存在的实际困难,提升列尾调配的精准度和匹配度,提高货物列车运输效率,确保货物列车安全运行。
Because the freight train has no available tail or the tail of the train has a sudden failure, the train will not start on time, which will affect the freight train transport efficiency and safety. In order to ensure that freight trains run at the time specified in the train diagram, and to improve the realization rate of the dispatching schedule, consideration should be given to such aspects as picking up and hanging from the end of the train to its departure, inspection and repair, return organization, fault diagnosis, repair and maintenance, and system use;list the main factors that affect tail deployment and management;and finally, by adopting the ways of carrying the train as far as possible, improving the statistical methods of the number of the train tail, standardizing the work flow in the class, doing the fault analysis of the train tail in time, strengthening the connection of the train tail return organization and strengthening the use of the equipment remote monitoring system, etc., solve the practical difficulties in the field operation and management of train tail, and improve the accuracy and matching degree of train tail deployment,improve the efficiency of freight train transportation, and ensure the safe operation of freight train.
