摘要
针对国内某电厂带补汽阀的超超临界节流配汽机组在补汽阀开启过程中出现轴承振动的问题,通过现场试验的方式,获取机组在补汽阀开启过程中的安全参数数据。基于现场试验的数据,分析补汽阀开启时,机组1号轴承和2号轴承的振动特性。实验结果表明:随着补汽阀的开度增大,高压缸1号和2号轴承的振动值相应上升;同时,机组实际运行的负荷越高,补汽阀的允许最大开度越低。
In view of the problem of bearing vibration during the opening process of overload valve in the super-supercritical steam distribution unit with overload valve. Through performance experiment, the safety parameter data of the unit during the opening process of overload valve is obtained. Based on the data from the performance experiment, analyze the vibration characteristics of the No.1 bearing and No.2 bearing during the opening process of overload valve. Experimental results show that with the opening degree of overload valve increases, the vibration values of No.1 and No.2 bearings rise accordingly. Besides,the higher the actual running load of the unit, the lower the allowable maximum opening degree of overload valve.
