摘要 针对新能源发电接入电网系统后导致电网随机性和波动性增加、现有调度方案难以满足电网调度的准确性和及时性需求的现状,提出了一种新的源网荷储智能化调度控制系统,对适用于电源侧、电网侧等多类型需求进行优化,满足智能调度控制需求。实际应用表明,新的智能调度控制系统有效提升了源网荷储能力,调度准确性比优化前提升了11.4%,调度及时性比优化前提升了43.7%,为新能源的大规模并网运行奠定了基础。 In view of the current situation that the randomness and volatility of power grid increase after new energy generation is connected to power grid system, and the existing scheduling scheme can hardly meet the demand for accuracy and timeliness of power grid scheduling, a new intelligent scheduling control system for source-grid load and storage is proposed, which is optimized for multiple types of demands such as power side and power grid side to meet the demand for intelligent scheduling control. The practical application shows that the new intelligent scheduling control system effectively improves the source network load and storage capacity, and the scheduling accuracy is 11.4% higher and the scheduling timeliness is 43.7% higher than before the optimization, which lays the foundation for the large-scale grid-connected operation of new energy.
