摘要
基于乡村振兴视角,从镇域工业化、镇域城镇化、农业现代化、惠民保障性及生活富裕度5个维度构建乡镇综合发展水平的指标体系,运用熵权综合评价法、最大-最小规范法、空间自相关等方法分别对武陟县乡镇体系等级结构以及障碍因子进行分析.结果表明:(1)从等级排名看,木城镇、龙源镇、三阳乡和大虹桥乡排名上升,谢旗营镇、大封镇排名下降,西陶镇、詹店镇较为稳定.其他乡镇虽综合水平得分上升,但等级排名较为靠后.(2)从等级结构看,整体呈现“底小身大”型结构,与理想金字塔结构具有一定差距.其中,各等级乡镇都具有演变规律的差异性.(3)从空间分布看,第一等级乡镇主要分布在东部、中部和西部;第二、三等级乡镇主要分布在北部以及西南角,范围变化较小;第四、五等级乡镇呈现“V”型成片分布,且分布范围变动较小.(4)从全局自相关看,Moran’s I虽有所变化,但仍为负值;从局部自相关看,通过显著性检验的单元不多;从Moran’s I散点图看,主要以HL区、LL区为主.(5)从障碍因子分析看,产业进程、社会保障、现代农业及联动发展为主要影响因素,分别起着核心引领、关键支撑、基础支撑和活力驱动作用.(6)基于空间特征和障碍因子分析的结果,结合武陟县乡镇实际发展情况,以及《焦作市国土空间总体规划(2020-2035年)征求意见稿》,提出“一核、两轴、六区”的乡镇空间组织优化方案.
Based on rural revitalization of perspective, from five dimensions of industrialization, urbanization, agricultural modernization, well-being of the people’s livelihood and rich life, the index system of the comprehensive development level in villages and towns was built. Using the entropy weight synthesis evaluation method, maximum and minimum norm method, and spatial autocorrelation method, the hierarchy and obstacle factors of Wuzhi County township system were analyzed. The results were shown as follows: Firstly, in terms of ranking, Mucheng town, Longyuan town, Sanyang town and Dahongqiao town rose in rank, Xieqiying town and Dafeng town fell in rank, and Xitao town and Zhandian town remained stable. Other towns Although the comprehensive level of the score increased, the rank of other towns was relatively low. Secondly, in terms of hierarchical structure, the overall structure was “small at the bottom and large at the body”, which had a certain gap with the ideal pyramid structure. Among them, the villages and towns of all levels had the difference of evolution law. Thirdly, in terms of spatial distribution, the first-level towns were mainly distributed in the eastern, central and western regions. The second and third grade towns were mainly distributed in the north and southwest corner, and the range change was small;The fourth and fifth grade towns showed a V-shaped distribution, and the distribution range changed little. Fourthly, from the perspective of global space autocorrelation, Moran’s I index was still negatively correlated despite of some changes. From the point of view of local spatial autocorrelation, few units passed significance test. It can be seen from Moran’s I scatter diagram that HL region and LL region were dominant. Fifthly, from the analysis of obstacle factors, industrial process, social security, modern agriculture and joint development were the main influencing factors, which respectively yed a core leading, key support, foundation support and vitality driving role for the joint development of towns and townships. Sixthly, results based on spatial characteristics and obstacle factor analysis, combined with the actual development situation of Wuzhi County township and the draft of Jiaozuo City territorial space master plan(2020-2035) for consultation, the township spatial organization optimization scheme of “one core, two axes and six districts” was proposed.
