摘要
为缓解采掘接替紧张,提高回采巷道掘进支护速度,以文家坡矿4107回风顺槽为工程背景采用掘锚一体快速掘进装备进行掘支运平行作业,设计了掘进支护方案并进行工程应用。现场结果表明:掘锚一体快速掘进设备掘进效率高,锚杆、锚索受力稳定,效果良好。
In order to alleviate the shortage of mining replacement and improve the driving support speed of mining roadway, taking the 4107 return air channel of Wenjiapo Mine as the engineering background, the parallel operation of excavation, support and transportation is carried out by using the integrated fast tunneling equipment of excavation and anchor. The excavation support scheme is designed and applied in engineering. The field results show that the integrated fast driving equipment has high driving efficiency, stable force of anchor rod and cable, and good effect.
