Control Technology and Application of Filling Beside Roadway and Gob-side Entry Retaining in the 3205 Working Face of Nanyang Coal Industry

摘要 南阳煤业3205工作面沿空留巷期间巷道围岩变形严重,对沿空留巷围岩变形破坏情况进行了分析,提出了“巷内锚网索+巷旁充填柔模混凝土墙+单体柱”联合支护方案,并进行了工程应用。现场观测结果表明:留巷围岩顶底板及两帮变形量最大分别为302 mm和321 mm,分别为原变形量的29.5%和34.5%,支护效果良好。 The deformation of roadway surrounding rock during the period of retaining roadway along goaf in the 3205 working face of Nanyang Coal Industry is serious. The deformation and failure of surrounding rock of retaining roadway along goaf is analyzed, and the combined support scheme of "anchor net cable in roadway + filling beside roadway and flexible form concrete wall + single column" is put forward, and the engineering application is carried out. The field observation results show that the maximum deformation of the roof and floor and the two sides of the surrounding rock of the retaining roadway is 302 mm and 321 mm respectively, which is 29.5% and 34.5% of the original deformation respectively, and the supporting effect is good.
