摘要
为了控制15103工作面端面冒漏区范围扩大,保证工作面安全回采,温庄煤矿根据围岩冒漏机理,对冒漏区采取新型无机注浆材料加固、人工假顶填充等联合控制手段。通过实际应用效果来看,新型无机注浆材料成本费用低、注结效果好、放热量小,且人工假顶填充了冒漏空间,降低了煤体氧化以及瓦斯积聚现象,起到了有效的封堵、填充作用。
In order to control the expansion of the leakage area of the 15103 working face end face and ensure the safe mining of the working face, Wenzhuang Coal Mine adopts combined control measures such as reinforcement of new inorganic grouting material and artificial false roof filling according to the leakage mechanism of surrounding rock. According to the practical application effect, the new inorganic grouting material has the advantages of low cost, good knotting effect and low heat release, and the artificial false roof fills the leakage space, which reduces the phenomenon of coal oxidation and gas accumulation, and plays an effective role in plugging and filling.
