蔬菜穴盘苗根系生长质量评测

Evaluation of Root Growth Quality of Vegetable Plug Seedlings

摘要 蔬菜穴盘苗的根系生长质量关系穴盘苗移栽后的成活率和缓苗时间。选择番茄、黄瓜、生菜和花菜穴盘苗为研究对象,用X射线μCT对4种蔬菜穴盘苗的苗钵进行扫描和根系三维重构,当μCT的扫描分辨率、峰值电压、电流分别为45μm、55 kVp、72μA,苗钵的含水率为34.2%时,4种蔬菜三维重构的根系体积分别为354.7、389.2、343.1、302.1 mm 3,与用排水法测量得到的根系体积误差为4.55%、3.93%、6.94%、18.06%,番茄、黄瓜、生菜3种蔬菜的误差较小,可以用于表达根系的空间分布。用垂直方向根系分布密度的最小和最大值的比值表达根系分布的均匀程度,用最外围的根系分布密度来表达系包裹基质的紧密程度,可知番茄、黄瓜和生菜穴盘苗的根系均匀系数分别为0.532、0.587和0.503,外围根系分布密度分别为0.0294、0.0346和0.0263,黄瓜穴盘苗的根系生长质量最优,生菜穴盘苗的最低。 The root growth quality of vegetable plug seedlings is related to the survival rate and revive seedling time after transplanting.Tomato,cucumber,lettuce and cauliflower were selected as the research objects in this study,and X-rayμCT was used to scan the seedling pot of four kind vegetable plug seedlings with the three-dimensional reconstruction of root system.The three-dimensional reconstructed root volumes of the four kind vegetables were 354.7 mm 3,389.2 mm 3,343.1 mm 3 and 302.1 mm 3 respectively,when the scanning resolution,peak voltage and current ofμCT were 45μm,55 kVp,72μA,and the water content of seedling pot was 34.2%.Compared with the root volumes measured by drainage method,the root volume errors were 4.55%,3.93%,6.94%and 18.06%respectively,and the error of tomato,cucumber and lettuce seedlings was smaller,which could be used to express the spatial distribution of roots.The ratio of the minimum and maximum root distribution density in the vertical direction was used to express the uniformity of root distribution,and the outermost root distribution density was used to express the tightness of the root system which wrapped the substrate.The experimental results showed that the root uniformity coefficients of tomato,cucumber and lettuce were 0.532,0.587 and 0.503 respectively,and the outermost root distribution densities were 0.0294,0.0346 and 0.0263 respectively,which proposed that the root growth quality of cucumber plug seedling was the best,and that of lettuce plug seedling was the lowest.
