摘要
以陕西安康地区主要农作物水稻、玉米及其根系土为研究对象,检测根系土pH、总硒和各形态硒含量及农作物硒含量等,比较水稻和玉米根系土各形态硒的比例差异,并进行相关性及主成分分析。结果表明,研究区土壤总硒含量较高,有效硒含量较低,残渣态硒、腐殖酸结合态硒和强有机结合态硒是研究区土壤硒的主要形态。水稻和玉米均达到食品安全标准,水稻的富硒能力强于玉米。水稻根系土pH、总硒和各形态硒含量之间均存在不同程度的相关性,玉米根系土总硒仅与残渣态硒含量呈显著正相关(P<0.001)。
The main crops of rice,corn and their root soils in Ankang,Shaanxi were taken as the research objects,detected the root soil pH,total selenium and various forms of selenium content and crop selenium content,etc.,compared the ratio of selenium in the root soil of rice and corn,and analyzed the correlation and principal components.The result showed that the total selenium content of the soil in the study area was relatively high,and the effective selenium content was relatively low.Residual selenium,humic acid-bound selenium and strong organically bound selenium were the main forms of soil selenium.Both rice and corn met the food safety standards,and the selenium-rich capacity of rice was stronger than corn.There were varying degrees of correlation among rice root soil pH,total selenium and various forms of selenium.The total selenium of corn root soil was only significantly positively correlated with the residual selenium content(P<0.001).
