摘要
PO/SM装置已经逐渐成为国内生产PO和SM的主流装置。乙苯液相过氧化反应生成乙苯过氧化氢(EBHP),是乙苯共氧化法生产环氧丙烷(PO)并联产苯乙烯(SM)的第一步,反应的选择性关系到PO的产量和下游副产物的回收。通过实际操作的角度,从氢氧化钠的注入浓度、注入点以及注入量等方面,探讨了氢氧化钠对乙苯液相过氧化反应的影响。
PO/SM devices have gradually become the mainstream devices for domestic production of PO and SM.The liquid phase peroxidation of ethylbenzene to generate ethylbenzene hydroperoxide(EBHP)is the first step in the co-oxidation of ethylbenzene to produce propylene oxide(PO)and the production of styrene(SM).The selectivity of the reaction is related to the yield of PO and recovery of downstream by-products.From the perspective of practical operation,the influence of sodium hydroxide on the liquid phase peroxidation of ethylbenzene is discussed through the injection concentration,injection position and injection amount of sodium hydroxide.
