大学生自我增强心理倾向对体育锻炼的促进效应:基于内部动机的激励 被引量:11

The Promoting Effect of Self-enhancement on the Exercise of College Students:the Incentive Function of Intrinsic Motivation

摘要 研究关注大学生自我增强心理倾向对体育锻炼行为的促进作用,并构建内部动机的中介激励解释机制。1721名大学生参与了实地调研(其中,男生:756人;女生:965人;平均年龄为20.1岁±1.5岁),主要完成“内部动机”“自我增强”及“体育锻炼行为”的测量问卷,所得数据采用SPSS23、PROCESS3.3软件,通过相关回归与Bootstrap进行数学建模的拟合分析,结果发现以内部动机为中介变量的大学生自我增强心理倾向对体育锻炼行为预测的解释机制成立。其测量模型的总解释变异为20.6%(P<0.001);自我增强的直接预测效应量占总效应的43.20%(P<0.001),内部动机的中介预测效应量占总效应56.80%(P<0.001)。其中,测量模型显示,自我增强的预测效应主要表现在“趋利建构”和“自我肯定反省”2个方面,而内部动机的预测效应则主要表现在“愉悦”方面;进一步,自我增强的“趋利建构”对体育锻炼行为影响的愉悦中介解释机制检验显示,测量模型达到了统计学意义的显著性(效应量为0.235);自我增强的“自我肯定反省”对体育锻炼行为影响的愉悦中介解释机制检验显示,测量模型也到达统计学意义的显著性(效应量为0.200)。研究得出的结论为大学生自我增强心理倾向对体育锻炼的促进效应是通过自我趋利建构和自我肯定反省的直接作用,并同时通过内部动机中的愉悦渠道来实现的。研究预示了通过对学生自我增强的趋利建构和自我肯定反省心理倾向培育,不但可以促进其体育锻炼的行为,同时可以激发学生内部动机的愉悦,进一步强化其体育锻炼的行为。 This study aims to explore the effects of self-enhancement on promoting exercise by constructing the explanatory mechanism of mediation with intrinsic motivation.Methods:1,721 university students(756 males and 965 females;M=20.1,SD=1.5)participated in a survey on intrinsic motivation,self-enhancement and exercise.With SPSS 23 and PROCESS 3.3,we analyzed the mediation models by using correlation regression and Bootstrap.Results:College students’self-enhancement has an effect on exercise with intrinsic motivation as the mediation variable.The total explanatory variables of the testing mode are 20.6%(P<0.001);the direct predicting effect size of self-enhancement is 43.20%(P<0.001)and the mediation predicting effect of intrinsic motivation is 56.80%(P<0.001).The testing mode indicates the predicting effects of self enhancement are in favorable construal and self-affirming reflections.The predicting effect of intrinsic motivation lies in enjoyment.The mediation explanatory mechanism of favorable construal in self-enhancement to enjoyment in exercise proves the testing mode has statistical significance(an effect size of.235)and the mediation explanatory mechanism of self-affirming reflections in selfenhancement to enjoyment in exercise also proves the testing mode has statistical significance(an effect size of.200).Conclusion:College students’psychological self-enhancement promotes exercise through two channels:the direct effects on favorable construal and self-affirming reflections and the activation of enjoyment in intrinsic motivation.This study suggests the cultivation of favorable construal and self-affirming reflection in students’can both promote exercise and stimulate enjoyment in intrinsic motivation,hence strengthening exercise.
