喷射式风沙风洞及列车格栅防风沙试验研究

Research on Sand-blasting Type Wind Tunnel and Sand-proof Performance Tests of Air-inlet Grills in Railway Vehicles

摘要 针对现有漏沙式风沙风洞和扬沙式风沙风洞的沙尘浓度在高度方向上不均匀的问题,设计一种喷射式风沙风洞试验装置,即采用喷砂机将沙尘均匀地喷射到风洞试验段,通过调节喷砂机压力来控制沙尘浓度.测试了不同风沙风洞试验段风沙浓度随高度的变化规律,结果表明,格栅不同高度的风沙浓度差异不超过10%,这说明喷射式风沙风洞在不同高度下能形成均匀的风沙面.将喷射式风沙风洞用于某列车格栅过滤效率测试,研究了格栅过滤效率随风速和风沙浓度的变化规律,结果表明,风速为6~12 m/s时,格栅过滤效率随风速和风速浓度的增加而增加. In order to solve the problem that the sand concentration is not uniform in the vertical direction of the existing sand-leaking and sand-blowing wind tunnels, a jet sand-blowing wind tunnel test device was designed. In the design, a sand blasting machine was used to spray the sand uniformly to the test section of the wind tunnel, and the sand concentration was controlled by adjusting the pressure of the sand blasting machine. The concentration of sand produced by sand blasting type wind tunnel was tested. It is shown that the difference of concentration of sand at different heights was no more than 10%, which indicates the good performance of the sand blasting type wind tunnel. The sand blasting type wind tunnel was applied to the testing of sand filtration efficiency of air-inlet grills in railway vehicles. It can be found from the testing results that the sand filtration efficiency increases with the increasing of wind velocity and sand consistency when the wind velocity is in the range of 6m/s to 12m/s.
