丁酸梭菌对吉富罗非鱼幼鱼生长性能、血清生化指标及肝脏抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:12

Effect of Clostridium butyricum on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and liver antioxidant indexes of juvenile tilapia

摘要 试验旨在研究饵料中添加丁酸梭菌对吉富罗非鱼幼鱼生长性能、血清生化指标及肝脏抗氧化指标的影响。将168尾试验鱼随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复14尾鱼。对照组鱼饲喂基础饵料,各试验组分别在基础饵料上喷洒0.2×1010、0.5×1010和1.0×1010CFU/g的丁酸梭菌溶液。试验期31 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,各试验组吉富罗非鱼幼鱼的体长增长率、特定生长率、增重率、肝体比、脏体比、肥满度均显著升高(P<0.05),饵料系数显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组吉富罗非鱼幼鱼血清葡萄糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)含量及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著降低(P<0.05),总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组吉富罗非鱼幼鱼超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,饵料中添加适宜水平的丁酸梭菌可提高吉富罗非鱼幼鱼的生长性能,改善血清生化指标,增强抗氧化性能,丁酸梭菌的适宜添加量为0.5×1010CFU/g。 The experiment was conducted to study the effect of adding Clostridium butyricum to diet on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and liver antioxidant indexes of juvenile tilapia(GIFT).A total of 168experimental fish were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates in each group and 14 fish in each replicate.The fish in control group were fed with basic diet,and each test group was sprayed with 0.2×1010、0.5×1010and 1.0×1010CFU/g of Clostridium butyricum solution on basic diet.The trial period was 31 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the growth rate of body length,specific growth rate,weight gain rate,liver to body ratio,viscera to body ratio,and fatness of juvenile GIFT in each addition group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed coefficient was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the content of serum GLU,TC,and the activity of ALT and AST of juvenile GIFT in each addition group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the content of TP and ALB were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the activity of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px and T-AOC of juvenile GIFT in each addition group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the content of MDA was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding appropriate level of Clostridium butyricum to the diet can improve the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and antioxidant capacity of juvenile tilapia,the optimal addition amount of Clostridium butyricum is 0.5×1010CFU/g.
