软弱围岩隧道开挖中预应力及全长粘结锚杆的支护效果研究 被引量:7

Study on the Supporting Effect of Prestress and Full-length Bond Bolt During Tunnel Excavation in Soft Surrounding Rock

摘要 为了探究锚固支护中全长粘结式和预应力式两种常用的锚杆类型发挥的锚固效果差异,该文结合工程实际,采用数值分析软件开展了隧道开挖支护过程中围岩变形、应力分布特征以及塑性区变化规律的研究。结果表明:预应力锚杆相较于全长粘结式锚杆,可减小20%的围岩变形量;在改善围岩应力状态方面有10%左右的提升,最终对围岩开挖后的塑性区发展可起到有效控制作用。 Full-length bond bolt is suitable for soft rock tunnel with large deformation, and the deformation of surrounding rock can be limited after excavation.However, it can only play a passive protective role because of the disharmony of deformation between the two, and this deficiency can be effectively overcome by applying prestress.In order to explore the difference of anchoring effect between full-length bond type and prestressed type, combined with engineering practice, numerical analysis software was used to study the deformation, stress distribution characteristics and plastic zone variation of surrounding rock during tunnel excavation and support.The results show that the prestressed bolt can reduce the deformation of surrounding rock by 20% compared with the full-length bond bolt.It can improve the stress state of surrounding rock by about 10%, which can effectively control the development of plastic zone after excavation of surrounding rock.
