摘要
目的观察心电射频消融术(CRA)在急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)伴频发性室性早搏(FVPB)患者复律治疗中的应用效果。方法选取ACS伴FVPB患者80例,随机分为CRA组、药物治疗组各40例。CRA组采用CRA进行复律治疗,药物治疗组采用胺碘酮+利多卡因+β受体阻滞剂的常规药物复律治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后室性早搏频次及血浆白细胞分化抗原40配体(CD40L)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)水平。结果两组治疗前室性早搏频率差异无统计学意义,CRA组治疗后室性早搏频率低于药物治疗组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前血浆CD40L、IL-1β差异无统计学意义;CRA组治疗后血浆CD40L、IL-1β低于药物治疗组(P均<0.05)。结论心电射频消融术用于ACS伴FVPB的患者复律治疗,可有效降低患者室性早搏频率,并降低患者血浆CD40L及IL-1β水平。
Objective To investigate the application effect of cardiac radiofrequency ablation(CRA)in restoration of sinus rhythm of patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)and frequent ventricular premature beat(FVPB).Methods Eighty ACS patients with FVPB were randomly divided into CRA group(n=40)and drug treatment group(n=40).Patients in the CRA group were treated with CRA while patients in the drug treatment group were treated with amiodarone+lidocaine+β-blocker.The frequency of ventricular extrasystole and the levels of plasma leukocyte differentiation antigen 40 ligand(CD40L)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the frequency of premature ventricular beats between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the frequency of premature ventricular beats in the CRA group was lower than that in drug treatment group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in plasma CD40L or IL-1βbetween the two groups before treatment.Plasma CD40L and IL-1βin the CRA group after treatment were lower than those in the drug treatment group(both P<0.05).Conclusion CRA can effectively reduce the frequency of ventricular premature beats and plasma CD40L and IL-1βlevels in ACS patients with FVPB.
