摘要 针对现有腐蚀试验测试与实际工况不符,腐蚀速率测试结果精度不高的难题,研制了高温高压多相流体动态腐蚀速率测试装置。根据试验测试过程中高温、高压、测试时间长及腐蚀流体逐渐消耗等特征,设计了多相流体动态腐蚀测试系统、安全保护系统、流体注入系统、流体排出系统、数据采集与监测系统,实现了测试过程中腐蚀流体的恒温恒压,有效提高了腐蚀速率的测试精度。试验结果表明,在试验周期3、7和14 d中,动态工况下9Cr钢材的腐蚀速率是其静态工况的1.6~3.2倍,电镜扫描发现,动态工况下钢材表面腐蚀产物更明显,酸洗后表面粗糙度增大。研究结果可为高温高压多相流体腐蚀工况管材优选提供指导。 Considering the inconsistency between the existing corrosion test and the actual working conditions and the resultant low accuracy of corrosion rate tests, a new testing device was developed for dynamic corrosion rates of multiphase fluids under high temperature and high pressure.Given high temperature, high pressure, prolonged testing time, and gradual consumption of corrosive fluids during the test, the systems of multiphase fluid dynamic corrosion testing, safety protection, fluid injection, fluid discharge, and data acquisition and monitoring were designed.The presented device can maintain constant temperature and pressure of corrosive fluids during testing and effectively improves the accuracy of measured corrosion rates.The tests show that with the testing cycles of 3,7 and 14 days, the corrosion rate of 9Cr steel under dynamic conditions is 1.6~3.2 times that under static conditions.Scanning electron microscope shows that the corrosion products on the steel surface under dynamic conditions are more prominent, and the surface roughness increases after acid pickling.The findings of this research provide guidance for the pipe material optimization of applications to high-temperature high-pressure multiphase corrosive fluids.
