摘要
结合柳州风情港项目,对异形玻璃幕墙进行施工方面研究,同时通过改变传统结构受力特点,取消立柱支撑钢框架,改为梁式受力,支撑结构主要以受弯形式传递荷载,满足建筑物立面凹凸起伏钻石形外观要求。通过深化设计,优化玻璃尺寸、增加金色装饰格栅和氟碳喷涂铝板装饰条,呈现蜂窝状视觉感,并具备遮阳、保温功能,降低噪声和光污染,减少能量损耗。
Combined with the Liuzhou Fengqinggang project,the construction of special-shaped glass curtain wall is studied.At the same time,by changing the stress characteristics of the traditional structure,the column support steel frame is replaced by beam force.The support structure mainly transmits the load in the form of bending,which meets the requirements of the concave and convex diamond appearance of the building facade.By the detailed design,optimizing the size of the glass,adding gold decorative grille and fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum plate decorative strip,it presents a honeycomb visual sense,has shading and thermal insulation functions,reduces noise and light pollution,and reduces energy loss.
