摘要
运动处方作为运动促进健康的核心内容和关键环节,是实现体卫融合政策落地的重要措施之一。运动处方的制定需要采集个体多维度的健康数据,颇为费时费力,同时在运动处方实施环节,通过人工方式进行监控和随访常常会由于监控手段和技术的限制而不能有效执行。依托信息化技术,将运动处方根植于信息网络和数据平台可以有效解决这些问题。通过文献资料法和归纳总结法,结合笔者的工作实际对运动处方信息化系统及应用进行归纳总结,阐述了运动处方信息化系统的概念、发展现状,以及在信息采集与管理,功能评定和运动处方制定、实施、有效性统计分析方面的作用,并在此基础上对运动处方信息化系统与数字疗法、AI智能技术,以及VR技术融合方面的发展趋势和应用前景进行了展望。
In the context of healthy China, exercise prescription, as the core content and key link of sports promoting health, is one of the important measures to realize the implementation of sports and health integration policies. The formulation of exercise prescription requires the collection of multi-dimensional health data of individuals and then the exercise prescription is written accordingly, which is extremely time-consuming and laborious. At the same time, during the implementation of exercise prescription, manual monitoring and follow-up often cannot be effectively conducted due to the limitations of monitoring methods and technologies. Relying on information technology, to process the exercise prescription on the information network and data platform can solve these problems effectively. This paper summarizes the exercise prescription information system and its application based on methods of literature review and inductive reasoning, and in combination with the actual work of the author, and expounds the concept, development and the role of the exercise prescription information system in data collection, management and functional evaluation, as well as in formulation, implementation and effectiveness statistics of exercise prescription. Finally, the development trend and the future application of integrating exercise prescription information system with digital therapy, AI intelligent technology and VR technology are discussed.
