摘要
建立氮中一氧化碳的红外光谱定量分析方法。应用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪,选择一氧化碳的特征红外吸收波长为定量区域,根据红外吸收值响应强度对浓度在(50.0×10^(-6)-8.00%)mol/mol氮中一氧化碳气体进行定量分析,检测限为0.8×10^(-6)mol/mol,重复性好。对不同浓度氮中一氧化碳气体样品分别进行红外光谱与气相色谱的分析,测定结果表明两者具有良好的一致性,相对误差在±0.6%之内。因此,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱法对一氧化碳气体的定量分析结果准确、可靠,为气体计量检测机构开展一氧化碳气体标准物质的研制与应用提供了技术参考。
A method for quantitative analysis of carbon monoxide in nitrogen by infrared spectroscopy was established.The fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectrometer was used to select the characteristic infrared absorption wavelength of carbon monoxide as the quantitative area,and the concentration of carbon monoxide in the range of(50.0×10^(-6)-8.00%)mol/mol was quantified according to the response intensity of infrared absorption value,with a detection limit of 0.8×10^(-6)mol/mol and and good repeatability.The samples of carbon monoxide gas in different concentrations of nitrogen were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and gas chromatography,and the results showed that they were in good agreement,with the relative error within±0.6%.Therefore,the quantitative analysis results of carbon monoxide gas using fourier transform infrared spectrometry are accurate and reliable,which provides a technical reference for the development and application of carbon monoxide gas standards by gas metrology and testing institutions.
