山苍子果实精油的GC-MS分析及抗氧化作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用经典水蒸气回流法提取山苍子果实精油,以GC-MS鉴定其化学组分,用面积归一化法计算鉴定出组分的含量,利用DPPH自由基、羟基自由基清除率来评价山苍子果实精油的抗氧化活性。结果发现福建德化产山苍子果实精油的主要成分是萜烯类物质,其中柠檬醛含量为32.07%,萜烯为32.65%。精油对羟基自由基和DPPH自由基均具有较高的清除能力,IC50值分别为0.304mg/mL和4.13mg/mL。因此福建山苍子果实精油具有较强的抗氧化活性,值得进一步研究和开发利用。 The essential oil from Litseacubeba fruits was extracted by the classical steam reflux method,and its chemical components were identified by GC-MS,and the contents of the identified components were calculated by the area normalization method.The antioxidant activities of the extracts were measured by free radical scavenging methods using 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)and H2O2.The results showed that the main components of the essential oilof Litseacubebafruits(planted in Dehua,Fujian province)arecitral(32.07%)and terpene(32.65%).Essential oils have high scavenging ability to both hydroxyl radicals and DPPH radicals,with IC50values of 0.304 mg/mL and 4.13 mg/mL,respectively.The essential oil of Litseacubeba has strong antioxidant activity,which is worthy of further research,development and utilization.
