摘要
尝试对学术期刊协同创新平台进行框架设计和技术设计,并指出利用区块链的去中心化、共建共享、保护隐私、公开透明、不可篡改、可追溯等技术特性构建平台,可实现选题需求标引、成果投编匹配、同行评议互动、期刊出版共享、价值评价落实等功能,从而推动学术期刊出版深度融合体制机制创新,使学术期刊回归学术共享的本位。
This paper makes a preliminary attempt to design the framework and technology of the collaborative innovation platform for academic journals,and further points out that the platform should be built by utilizing the technical characteristics of blockchain,such as decentralization,co-construction and sharing,privacy protection,openness and transparency,with immutable and traceable features.It can realize the functions of topic selection demand indexing,results matching,peer review interaction,journal publishing sharing,value evaluation implementation,etc.,so as to promote the in-depth integration of academic journal publishing system and mechanism innovation,and make academic journals return to the standard of academic sharing.
