饲粮添加油脂和金荞麦对肉鸡产肉性能、脏器指数、肠道发育和血液免疫细胞的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Dietary Two Types of Oils and Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara on Meat Performance,Viscera Index,Intestinal Development and Blood Immune Cells in Broilers

摘要 试验旨在研究饲粮添加油脂和金荞麦对肉仔鸡产肉性能、脏器指数、肠道发育和血液免疫细胞的影响。试验选用1日龄健康、体重相近的882肉仔鸡公鸡640只,随机分为8组,每组8个重复,每个重复10只鸡。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ组分别为在基础日粮中添加氧化油脂、氧化油脂+0.5%金荞麦、氧化油脂+1%金荞麦、氧化油脂+2%金荞麦、新鲜油脂、新鲜油脂+0.5%金荞麦、新鲜油脂+1%金荞麦和新鲜油脂+2%金荞麦。试验期为42 d。结果显示:(1)油脂类型对肉鸡腿肌重有显著影响(P<0.05),Ⅷ组腿肌重显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);(2)油脂类型对肉鸡法氏囊指数有显著影响(P<0.05),金荞麦添加量对肉鸡脾脏指数、法氏囊指数有显著影响(P<0.05),Ⅳ、Ⅷ组肉鸡脾脏指数显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅴ组(P<0.05);(3)油脂类型对肉鸡空肠长度有显著影响(P<0.05),油脂类型与金荞麦添加量对空肠长度有显著交互作用(P<0.05),Ⅵ、Ⅶ组肉鸡空肠长度显著大于Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05);(4)油脂类型对肉鸡淋巴细胞数量有显著影响(P<0.05),Ⅷ组肉鸡淋巴细胞数量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加新鲜油脂和2%金荞麦可促进肉仔鸡腿肌、脾脏和法氏囊的生长,增加淋巴细胞数量,改善肉鸡产肉性能和器官发育。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding two types of oils and Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara to the diet on meat performance,viscera index,intestinal development and blood immune cells in broilers.Group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ and Ⅷ were fed the basal diet supplemented with oxidized oil,oxidized oil+0.5% Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara,oxidized oil+1% Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara,oxidized oil+2% Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara,fresh oil,fresh oil+0.5% Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara,fresh oil+1% Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara and fresh oil+2% Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that:(1)Oil type had significant effect on leg muscle weight of broilers(P<0.05).The leg muscle weight of broilers in group Ⅷ was significantly higher than that of broilers in group Ⅰ(P<0.05).(2)Oil type had significant effect on the bursa of Fabricius index in broilers(P<0.05),Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara addition had a significant effect on spleen and bursa of Fabricius indexs in broilers(P<0.05).The spleen index of broilers in group Ⅳ and Ⅷ were significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ andⅤ(P<0.05);(3)Oil type had significant effect on jejunal length of broilers(P<0.05),oil type and Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara addition on jejunal length had significant interaction(P<0.05).The jejunal length of broilers in group Ⅵ and Ⅶ were significantly greater than that in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P<0.05);(4)Oil type had significant effect on the number of lymphocytes of broilers(P<0.05).The number of lymphocytes of broilers in group Ⅷ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of fresh oil and 2% Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara could promote the growth of the leg muscle,spleen and bursa of Fabricius increase the number of lymphocytes to improve meat performance and viscera growth.
