产业协同集聚、技术创新与绿色全要素生产率 被引量:17

Industrial Collaborative Agglomeration,Technological Innovation and Green Total Factor Productivity

摘要 针对制造业和生产性服务业(称之为“两大产业”)的产业协同集聚,采用固定效应模型、IV-GMM模型和中介效应模型,将产业协同集聚、技术创新与绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)纳入同一个研究框架,以探究两大产业的协同集聚对GTFP的影响机制和影响效果。研究结果表明:两大产业协同集聚还没有发挥出正外部效应,其对技术创新和GTFP还存在显著的负向作用;技术创新是两大产业协同集聚影响GTFP水平的重要途径,但在目前,两大产业协同集聚通过抑制技术创新水平的发展从而抑制GTFP的提升;受不同地区差异性影响,在中介效应检验中,我国“北京等10个省(区、市)”等3个地区的检验结果各不相同。为促使两大产业协同集聚对技术创新和GTFP的影响作用由负转正,从加强跨区域联系等方面提出对策建议。 In order to further explore the collaborative agglomeration of manufacturing and producer services(called two industries),the fixed effect model,IV-GMM model and mediating effect model were adopted.The industrial collaborative agglomeration,technological innovation and green total factor productivity(GTFP)were included in the same research framework.To explore the influence mechanism and effect of the collaborative agglomeration of the two industries on GTFP.The results show that the synergistic agglomeration of the two industries dosen’t have positive external effect,and it has a significant negative effect on technological innovation and GTFP.Technological innovation is an important way for the co-agglomeration of two industries to affect the level of GTFP.However,at present,the co-agglomeration of two industries inhibits the improvement of GTFP by inhibiting the development of the level of technological innovation.Influenced by the difference of different regions,in the intermediary effect test,the three regions including“Beijing and other 10 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities)”have different test results.In order to promote the synergistic agglomeration of the two industries on technological innovation and GTFP from negative to positive,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of strengthening cross regional ties.
