摘要
在食品生产体系中,食品检验是必不可少的工作之一,是食品生产、食品流通的基础环节。保障食品检验结果的准确度,可为食品生产提供数据支持,提升食品在市场流通中的安全性。基于此,本文分析了影响食品检验准确性的主要因素,提出了提升食品检验结果准确度的可行性策略,旨在提升食品检验的质量及效率。
In the food production system, food inspection is one of the essential tasks and the basic link of food production and food circulation. Ensuring the accuracy of food inspection can provide data support for food production and improve the safety of food in market circulation. Based on this, this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the accuracy of food inspection, and proposes feasible strategies to improve the accuracy of food inspection results, aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of food inspection.
