摘要
目的:了解2021年陕西省部分地区包装饮用水产品质量状况。方法:根据2021年国家食品安全监督抽检实施细则,在陕西省西安市、宝鸡市、咸阳市、榆林市及汉中市等8个地市抽检204批次包装饮用水,其中,饮用纯净水189批次,饮用天然矿泉水15批次。结果:经检验分析,检出合格样品175批次,不合格样品29批次,不合格率14.2%,不合格项目主要有铜绿假单胞菌19项次、大肠菌群5项次、溴酸盐5项次、电导率3项次、亚硝酸盐(以NO_(2)^(-)计)2项次。按生产时间来看,8月份、9月份生产的饮用纯净水铜绿假单胞菌、大肠菌群等微生物不合格项目检出率最高,检出率分别达到38.5%、23.8%。结论:桶装饮用纯净水的微生物污染问题较为突出,且桶装饮用纯净水微生物污染问题呈现较为明显的季节特点,其中8月份、9月份生产的桶装饮用纯净水微生物污染问题发生率较高。
Objective: To understand the quality of packaged drinking water products in some areas of Shaanxi province in 2021. Method: According to the 2021 national food safety supervision and sampling implementation rules, in Shaanxi province, Xi’an city, Baoji city, Xianyang city, Yulin city, Hanzhong city, and other eight localities to sample 204 batches of packaged drinking water, of which 189 batches of drinking pure water, drinking natural mineral water 15 batches. Result: By the test analysis, the detection of qualified samples 175 batches, 29 batches of unqualified samples, the failure rate of 14.2%, failed projects are mainly Pseudomonas aeruginosa 19 times,coliform 5 times, bromate 5 times, conductivity 3 times, nitrite(NO_(2)-meter) 2 times. According to the production time, August, and September production of pure drinking water Pseudomonas aeruginosa, coliforms, and other microbial failure rate was the highest, the detection rate reached 38.5%, and 23.8%. Conclusion: The problem of microbial contamination of barrels of pure drinking water is more prominent;drinking natural mineral water bromate exceeds the standard problem is more prominent;drinking water microbial contamination problem presents more obvious seasonal characteristics, including August, September production of barrels of pure drinking water microbial contamination problem occurs at a higher rate.
