摘要
糯米山药为薯蓣科薯蓣属植物,在浙南地区栽培历史悠久,因其独特糯性口感深受当地群众喜爱。文成县糯米山药产业初具规模,相关生产技术不断完善,在国内小有名气,但存在经营模式传统、科研水平低等问题,导致文成县糯米山药在培育、加工及销售上都受到了阻碍。本文针对文成县糯米山药产业发展的相关问题,通过查阅资料与实地调研,提出探索糯米山药“企业+农业合作社(农户)+科研机构”新型农业模式、加大政策扶持等发展建议,以期为文成县糯米山药产业标准化、规模化发展提供理论基础和实践支持。
Nuomi yam is a Dioscorea plant of Dioscoreaceae. It has a long history of cultivation in southern Zhejiang. It is deeply loved by local people because of its unique glutinous taste. The Nuomi yam industry in Wencheng county has begun to take shape, and the relevant production technology has been constantly improved. It is a little famous in China,but there are some problems such as traditional business model, low scientific research level, etc., which have hindered the cultivation, processing and sales of the Nuomi yam in Wencheng county. Aiming at the problems related to the development of Nuomi yam industry in Wencheng county, this paper put forward to the suggestions of exploring the new agricultural model of Nuomi yam’enterprise + agricultural cooperatives(farmers) + scientific research institutions’ and increasing policy support, as to provide the theoretical basis and practical support for the standardization and scale development of Nuomi yam industry in Wencheng county.
