全雌黄瓜材料诱雄方法探究

摘要 全雌黄瓜诱雄问题是限制其后代繁育的根本问题,本研究以全雌性水果黄瓜品种-CS-2为试验材料,探究3种化学试剂(硝酸银、硝酸银+硫代硫酸钠、Atain)配合2种不同种类助剂(农用有机硅、菌根菌孢子)诱雄,以每种诱雄药剂不加助剂为对照,观察与记录黄瓜植株的生长状态、现雄花节位、1~15节内雄花数、雌花数以及最终种瓜产籽量等性状。结果表明,3种试剂都可在一定程度上刺激植株产生雄花,获得种瓜,但利用1 000 mg/L的硝酸银+硫代硫酸钠,加0.33 mL/L的农用有机硅助剂对难诱雄黄瓜雌性系进行诱雄,对植株造成的为害较低,种瓜的产籽质量及数量也最多。 The problem of male induction of all-female cucumber is the fundamental problem limiting the breeding of its offspring. In this study, the female fruit cucumber cultivar CS-2 was used as the test material to explore the male induction of three chemical reagents(silver nitrate, silver nitrate +sodium thiosulfate, Atain) with two different kinds of additives(agricultural organic silicon, Mycorrhizal spores), with each male inducing agent without additives as the control.The growth status of cucumber plants, node positions of male flowers, the number of male flowers in 1-15 nodes, the number of female flowers and the final seed yield of cucumber were observed and recorded. The results showed that the three reagents could stimulate the plant to produce male flowers to a certain extent, and seed melon could be obtained.However, 1 000 mg/L silver nitrate+sodium thiosulfate and 0.33 mL/L agricultural organic silicon additives were used to induce the female line of difficult-to-induce male cucumber, the damage to the plants was lower, and the quality and quantity of seed melons were the higest and the most.
