摘要 目的:设计并实现知识和模型深度融合的互联网医院智能导诊系统,提升互联网医院的就医引导能力,促进互联网医院的智慧化发展。方法:以知识图谱和深度学习技术为核心,构建知识和模型融合的人机对话算法,将其嵌入系统完成互联网医院AI智能导诊的系统设计及实现。结果:系统包含疾病自查、预约引导、挂号引导、医疗咨询和辅助诊断功能,优化了就医流程,患者使用满意度提升了11.0%(x~2=5.816,P=0.016)。结论:知识和模型相融合的导诊系统能够明显提升互联网医院的满意度,具有较高的推广价值。 Objective To design and implement an intelligent guidance system with deep integration of knowledge and models,so as to improve the medical guidance ability of Internet hospitals and promote the intelligent development of Internet hospitals.Methods With knowledge graph and deep learning technology as the core,a human-machine dialogue algorithm integrating knowledge and model was constructed,and it was embedded into the system to complete the system design and implementation of AI intelligent guidance in Internet hospitals.Results The system has the functions of disease self-examination,appointment guidance,registration guidance,medical consultation and auxiliary diagnosis,which optimizes the medical treatment process and improves patient satisfaction by 11.0%(x~2=5.816,P=0.016).Conclusion The guidance system integrating knowledge and models can significantly improve the satisfaction with Internet hospitals’services and has high promotion value.
