困难条件下新型智能液压爬模在空心高墩的应用技术

摘要 板仓河大桥主墩为101m的空心高墩,现场场地狭窄,运输不便,施工条件困难。且墩身设计为折线变坡,增加了高墩施工难度。通过特别设计了液压爬模,并精心安排工艺流程。顺利高质量地完成了施工任务,以期能够为此类百米空心高墩的施工带来借鉴意义。 The main pier of Bancang River Bridge is a 101m hollow high pier, with narrow site, inconvenient transportation and difficult construction conditions. Moreover, the pier body is designed as a broken line and variable slope, which increases the difficulty of high pier construction. The hydraulic climbing form is specially designed and the process flow is carefully arranged. The construction task has been completed successfully and with high quality, with a view to providing reference for the construction of such 100-meter hollow high piers.
