摘要
装配式建筑在目前房地产开发项目中不断运用、发展,本文以具体房地产开发项目为实例,从主体结构、围护墙与内隔墙、装修和设备管线三个方面,进行方案比选及成本分析,并进行总结归纳,为装配式建筑的方案比选提供思路,以在响应国家政策、行业趋势的同时兼顾企业利益,实现可持续发展。
Prefabricated buildings are constantly using and developing in real estate projects. This paper takes specific real estate projects as examples, and conducts scheme comparison and cost analysis from three aspects: main structure, enclosure wall and internal partition wall, decoration and equipment pipeline, and summarizes them to provide ideas for scheme comparison of prefabricated buildings,so as to give consideration to enterprise interests while responding to national policies and industry trends, and achieve sustainable development.
